Guia Antonio
Has more than 20+ years of Human Resources experience in the entertainment and mortgage banking industry. An accomplished corporate human resources executive, Guia specializes in recruitment and employee relations, for both union and non-union environments. Her vision and expertise in human resources have often received high praises for out of the box solutions to complex HR problems. One of her major accomplishments is becoming a partner and co-founder of SPEC Associates (Strategic Placement and Executive Consulting) for four years where she recruited and coached executives for various companies. A sampling of her clients includes: The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros., Reed Business Communication, Screen Actors Guild, Autism Speaks, Toberman Neighborhood Center, Yakult U.S.A. and various small businesses.
Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths, Guia has expertise in streamlining the recruitment process and procedures. In the employee relations field, she is known for her ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and solve difficult problems that impact the bottom line. She is also recognized for her ability to deliver tough messages in a kind and compassionate way.
Lon Fuentes
Has successfully managed a unique dual career as a business coach and management consultant specializing in strategic planning and organizational development. He is known for innovation and applying the creative process in designing and growing a business — uniting fresh perspectives with an evidence-based “best practice” lens in the coaching, talent management, and personal productivity fields.
He has over 30 years experience in human resources consulting, corporate planning, strategic planning, and financial analysis. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Behavioral Science.
Ross Toro
He is an expert in strategic communications and applied visual informatics. He has more than 20 years in the news and infographic field covering and art directing such notable news events such as the shuttle Challenger explosion, the O.J. Simpson trial and the Iraq War. Studies have shown that audiences have become much more visually sophisticated over the past two decades and comprehend (and react to) complex information much better with images and words. Ross is world-class visual communicator whose forte is communicating ideas with clarity, precision, and simplicity.
